Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Supporting the monthly close and revenue recognition processes, the full-time Senior Accountant will join a fully remote team, preparing journal entries, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Record and analyze revenue in accordance with GAAP and company policy

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA candidate or CPA-eligible strongly preferred
• 3-6 years of corporate accounting experience, preferably in the services industry
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and revenue recognition
• Experience with NetSuite ERP required; BILL experience a plus
