Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Senior Accountant will perform general accounting functions, including ledger reconciliation, journal entry preparation, and financial statement analysis, while ensuring compliance with GAAP and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger activities
• Prepare monthly journal entries and detailed reconciliations of balance sheet accounts
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audits while ensuring adherence to internal controls

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent practical experience
• Three (3) to five (5) years of general accounting/finance experience required
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Oracle ERP accounting software preferred
• Ability to work PST zone hours; preference for candidates residing on the West Coast
