Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Taking meaningful ownership of month-end close workstreams, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage reconciliations, maintain audit-ready working papers, and drive process improvements in a remote setting focused on enhancing financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own month-end close deliverables, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance explanations
• Manage bank and cash reconciliations across multiple accounts, ensuring timely resolution of open items
• Support subscription revenue recognition and troubleshoot related workflow issues in NetSuite

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience with ownership of month-end close processes
• Strong skills in reconciliation and documentation, with the ability to explain every balance
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with proactive communication
• Exposure to SaaS subscription billing and revenue processes is a plus
