Job Summary

Managing commission processing and financial reporting, the remote Senior Accountant will oversee accounts receivable and payable functions while supporting carrier and compliance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage commission processing and financial reporting, including reconciliations and payroll reporting
• Oversee accounts receivable and payable functions, including client invoicing and collections follow-up
• Support carrier, credentialing, and compliance operations, including carrier setup and responding to stakeholder inquiries

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a staff accountant, senior accountant, or commission accountant-equivalent role; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Strong technical skills, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and data analysis capabilities
• Familiarity with CRM and commission processing systems
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders
