Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Overseeing fiduciary and client-facing financial processes, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will manage premium and reserve reconciliations, broker payments, and ensure compliance in financial transactions while maintaining audit-ready records.

Key responsibilities:

• Reconcile over 500 fiduciary bank accounts monthly and prepare client reserve balances
• Execute FBO account replenishments and manage ACH setup for carriers and brokers
• Support the annual financial audit and lead the evaluation of new systems to streamline fiduciary processes

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in corporate accounting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and audit processes
• Proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
