Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Detail-driven and experienced, the remote Senior Accountant will manage project budgets, client billing processes, and financial reporting while ensuring accurate revenue recognition and margin analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project budgets and reconcile actual costs against budgeted costs, performing final project closeout
• Manage client billing processes, including milestone billing and collections, while preparing accounts receivable reports
• Provide financial analysis and reporting, including spend and margin analysis across all projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on budget analysis and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience analyzing accounts and reviewing financial statements for accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
• Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a focus on process improvement
