Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Owning the month-end GL close and revenue recognition, the remote Senior Accountant will manage accounts receivable and intercompany transactions while actively participating in audit preparation and process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month-end GL close, including revenue recognition under ASC 606 and related schedules
• Manage accounts receivable and collections for US and international customers, focusing on high-touch enterprise billing
• Record and reconcile intercompany transactions across multiple entities and support audit preparation

Required qualifications

• 4-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company or public accounting
• Hands-on experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition in a SaaS environment
• Strong foundation in GL accounting, including intercompany and multi-entity close
• Experience managing the full accounts receivable cycle, including invoicing and collections
• Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
