Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Providing hands-on accounting support during a system migration, the remote Interim Senior Accountant will prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and assist with financial reporting while working in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries during month-end and quarter-end close
• Perform balance sheet and account reconciliations, and research accounting discrepancies
• Support financial reporting and assist with ad hoc accounting projects during an ERP migration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics or Power BI required
• External audit support or public accounting experience is a plus
