Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant, the full-time position will manage fixed assets and lease accounting, prepare month-end journal entries, and reconcile accounts while embracing AI tools to streamline workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review lease invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies
• Prepare and update lease schedules, book journal entries, and reconcile lease accounts
• Collaborate with teams to gather information for the month-end close process and support audit documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
• 5+ years of experience in the technology (SaaS) industry or start-up environment with lease accounting exposure preferred
• Understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Experience with NetSuite accounting software preferred
• Hands-on experience with AI tools and a strong interest in applying AI to accounting workflows
