Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join the remote team, who will manage complex accounting functions, drive the month-end close process, and serve as a key cross-functional partner within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all transactions
• Oversee the full-cycle accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments and record-keeping
• Support the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages for management, including revenue recognition and compliance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-6+ years of progressive accounting experience with a deep understanding of GAAP principles
• Demonstrated ownership of full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting
• Proficiency in Sage Intacct or comparable ERP and experience with expense management platforms like Bill.com
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and financial modeling
