Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Finance team, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage key components of the monthly close process, prepare complex journal entries, and partner with FP&A and business leaders to provide financial insights in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Owning key components of the monthly close across multiple areas of the P&L, ensuring timely and GAAP-compliant financial reporting
• Preparing and reviewing complex journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations with a focus on variance analysis
• Partnering with FP&A and business leaders to analyze expense trends and support forecasting activities

Required qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a Senior Accountant role with ownership of complex P&L expense accounts
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience in a high-volume environment, with public accounting experience preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; CPA certification is a plus
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with FP&A or business stakeholders
