Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Contributing to accurate financial reporting and process optimization, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will prepare journal entries, support month-end close processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes while maintaining the integrity of the general ledger
• Analyze financial results and identify trends, while leading and mentoring Staff Accountants

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
• Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/financial systems
