Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support corporate accounting operations, the fully remote Senior Accountant will maintain financial records, ensure accurate transaction recording, and contribute to month-end and year-end close processes while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain financial records and ensure transactions comply with GAAP
• Prepare journal entries, perform reconciliations, and support financial reporting
• Analyze data sets to identify discrepancies and support external audits

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8+ years of accounting experience, including public accounting and industry experience
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and corporate accounting close processes
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex spreadsheets and data analysis
