Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a high-impact Senior Accountant for a full-time remote position, who will manage core accounting processes, drive systems automation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own core close processes for assigned areas, ensuring the ledger is audit-ready and compliant
• Identify and lead automation initiatives for close workflows, leveraging ERP functionality and building AI agents
• Partner cross-functionally to provide data-driven insights, supporting budget vs. actual analyses

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and expert-level knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
• Comfortability and experience with AI tools
