Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Owning key accounting functions, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee GL accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and account analysis
• Execute assigned areas of the global month-end close and coordinate with global teams during daily updates
• Initiate and process wire transfers, ensuring proper controls over cash movements and preparing cash forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with strong GL accounting and month-end close expertise
• Experience in cash management and treasury operations
• Solid understanding of US GAAP and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
