Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the financial health of a rapidly scaling tech company, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage month-end and year-end close processes, prepare financial statements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting workflows and strengthen internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and revenue recognition standards
• Advanced proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
