Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the financial reporting process for designated business units, the remote Senior Accountant will manage month-end close activities, prepare general ledger reconciliations, and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure completion of monthly accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and gross margin analysis
• Prepare and analyze general ledger account reconciliations as part of the month-end close process
• Collaborate cross-functionally to assist in the preparation and reporting of consolidated financial statements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Strong month-end close experience within a multi-entity business environment
• Experience with a major ERP system such as Sage Intacct or Net Suite
