Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage areas such as sales/use tax compliance, stock-based compensation, and month-end close processes while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and support key aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, and flux analyses
• Manage stock-based compensation accounting and assist with the financial integration of newly acquired companies
• Ensure compliance with sales and use tax across U.S. jurisdictions and oversee the annual 1099 process

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong general accounting foundation with experience in account reconciliations and multi-entity environments
• Fluent in using AI tools to drive efficiency in accounting processes
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement
