Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial operations in a growing company, the full-time remote Senior Accountant will manage key areas such as sales/use tax, stock-based compensation, and reconciliations while assisting with month-end close and year-end audits.

Key responsibilities

• Own and support key aspects of the monthly close process, including journal entries and reconciliations
• Manage stock-based compensation accounting and related reporting
• Assist with the financial integration of newly acquired companies and support the year-end audit process

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with knowledge of U.S. GAAP
• Strong general accounting foundation with experience in account reconciliations and multi-entity environments
• Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
• Fluent in using AI tools to drive efficiency in accounting processes
• Detail-oriented with a strong enthusiasm for continuous learning and process improvement
