Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Overseeing general accounting operations, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage financial transactions, maintain ERP financial systems, and produce financial reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Produce monthly financial statements and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including tax audits and COGS reports
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and provide financial data analysis and recommendations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
• Thorough knowledge of accounting principles, Cost of Goods Sold, and inventory practices
• Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably Salesforce and Great Plains
• Relevant certifications in the field (if any), in good standing
