Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Accountant will perform general accounting functions, manage ledger reconciliations, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger activities
• Prepare monthly journal entries and detailed balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audits while ensuring adherence to internal controls

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business or equivalent practical experience
• Three (3) to five (5) years of general accounting/finance experience
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; knowledge of Oracle ERP accounting software preferred
• Ability to work PST zone hours; candidates on the West Coast preferred
