Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage invoicing, collections, vendor invoice processing, and month-end close while focusing on the migration of historical accounting data into a new ERP system remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Migrate and reconcile historical accounting data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform
• Prepare and issue customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable, and coordinate with clients for collections
• Process vendor invoices, maintain accounts payable records, and assist with month-end close and statutory reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Proven experience in end-to-end accounting functions including invoicing, collections, and reporting
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems and data migration projects
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and statutory reporting requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
