Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Providing essential accounting support in a remote environment, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and assist with month-end close procedures for multiple clients.

Key responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and respond to client inquiries related to payments
• Prepare and process payroll for multiple clients, addressing inquiries and corrections as needed
• Assist in month-end close procedures and maintain reports on account balances

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Accounting and/or Finance
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or related functions
• Strong client communication and interface skills
• Knowledge of accounting rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Proficient in QuickBooks and automated accounting systems
