Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the Finance, Accounting, & Analytics team, the remote Senior Accountant will manage financial transactions, produce monthly financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while working as a global contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Review and complete month-end bank reconciliations for corporate and property entities
• Oversee month-end close processes and revenue reconciliations, including payroll entries in QuickBooks
• Support the annual audit and tax process, preparing necessary schedules and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks
• Experience in real estate or hospitality preferred
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles and federal/state tax regulations
