Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support the Finance, Accounting, & Analytics team, the remote Senior Accountant will manage financial transactions, produce monthly financial reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards while working as a global contractor.

Key responsibilities

• Review bank reconciliations and complete month-end close processes for corporate and property entities
• Prepare and oversee payroll entries, revenue reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting
• Support annual audits, tax processes, and develop standard operating procedures for financial processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• 4+ years of related accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
• Knowledge of US GAAP principles and experience with financial statement preparation
• Real estate or hospitality experience preferred
