Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Leading the bank and general ledger reconciliation process, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage client-related account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while maintaining audit-ready documentation in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform monthly reconciliations for over 500 fiduciary bank accounts
• Manage client account funding activities and prepare reserve balance reconciliations
• Support the annual financial audit through documentation preparation and process walkthroughs

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of audit processes and core accounting functions
• Solid understanding of GAAP
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with ERP systems; NetSuite preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
