Senior Accountant

Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant, the full-time remote position will manage monthly accounting close procedures, complex customer invoicing, and revenue recognition while collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct monthly accounting close procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting in accordance with GAAP
• Manage and reconcile monthly customer billing and payments, ensuring accurate invoicing and accounts receivable collection
• Analyze customer profitability and perform GL account variance analyses, supporting cross-departmental research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups
• Deep understanding of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
