Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts, and process payroll for both US and foreign subsidiaries in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Play a key role in month-end close, including customer invoicing, revenue recognition, prepaids, and accruals
- Responsible for balance sheet and income statement accounts reconciliation
- Process payroll and book general entries for US and foreign subsidiaries
Required qualifications
- BS Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5+ years of experience in a technology company with a fast-moving environment
- Accounting and payroll experience required
- Excellent skills using NetSuite
- Familiarity with Expensify, Paylocity, or similar platforms
