Senior Accountant
Job Summary
To support a growing finance team, the contract Senior Accountant will manage month-end close processes, financial reporting, and account reconciliations in a fully remote role expected to last 6-8 months.
Key responsibilities
- Perform key duties related to monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Assist with financial statement preparation and management reporting while improving accounting processes and controls
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 4 years of progressive accounting experience
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP required
- Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures
- Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
