Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Senior Accountant will perform departmental analysis, manage reconciliations, and oversee billing and accounts receivable processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with department managers to coordinate financial controls and monitor cost centers according to budget guidelines
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial data submission during the month-end process
• Lead month-end variance analysis and oversee general ledger reconciliations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Three (3) years of accounting experience
• CPA certification preferred
• Experience in hospital-based or healthcare accounting preferred
