Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, the full-time Senior Accountant will prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and accruals while ensuring accurate financial reporting in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities in assigned areas
- Optimize the full-cycle commissions process, including calculating commission payments and accounting for commissions monthly
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure completeness and accuracy of accounting results
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance
- 3+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience with month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and accrual accounting
- Experience working in an ERP system; Workday experience preferred
