Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on and proactive Senior Accountant, the full-time position will manage month-end close processes, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and establish accounting operations in a fast-paced cybersecurity startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, prepaid expenses, and lease accounting entries
- Support annual financial audits and assist with internal controls documentation and improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CPA eligible preferred
- 4-7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in SaaS, technology, or cybersecurity
- Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite (required)
- Deep understanding of GAAP, including ASC 842
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with multi-entity and intercompany accounting
