Senior Accountant

Job Summary

To support a growing finance team, the remote Senior Accountant will manage full cycle expense operations, including Accounts Payable and payroll, while driving continuous improvement and providing real-time financial insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the Expense Ops and AP Health Dashboards to maintain and improve reporting for leadership visibility
• Own full cycle Accounts Payable operations, including vendor onboarding and payment management
• Serve as a mentor within the accounting team, providing feedback and ensuring process documentation is maintained

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth SaaS or B2B software environment
• Deep hands-on experience with Accounts Payable, Payroll, and Expense Operations
• Strong GL and month-end close experience, including reconciliations and journal entries
• Proven ability to manage high-volume, recurring task workflows with precision and accountability
• Experience in building and maintaining operational dashboards and reporting deliverables
