Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Supporting the Operational Accounting team in a hybrid/remote environment, the full-time Senior Accountant will manage financial close processes, account reconciliations, and accounts receivable operations while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and review monthly journal entries and account reconciliations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring financial records are accurate and well-documented
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve complex accounting issues and improve operational efficiencies
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Experience in operational accounting close work
- Strong working knowledge of US GAAP accounting and advanced Excel skills
- Insurance experience and CPA certification are a plus
