Senior Accountant
Job Summary
Managing the company's accounts receivable and revenue recognition processes, the full-time Senior Accountant will ensure accurate billing, collections, and reporting in accordance with ASC 606 while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities related to revenue and accounts receivable, including journal entries and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts receivable sub-ledger accuracy, managing invoicing, credit memos, and cash application
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities in billing-to-cash workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a concentration in Accounting
- 4+ years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or revenue accounting
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles
- Advanced/Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
