Job Summary
To support an AI-forward accounting team, the full-time Senior Accountant will prepare journal entries, manage accounts payable and revenue recognition, and utilize AI to enhance accounting processes in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations during monthly close
- Managing accounts payable and corporate card transactions using Ramp
- Billing customers and managing subscriptions in the billing system (Maxio)
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience
- SaaS industry experience, preferably in a high-growth startup
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proven track record of using AI in daily work processes
