Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their accounting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll accounting, including processing and overseeing all aspects of payroll, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with regulations
• Oversee commissions accounting, validating earnings and expenses, and collaborating with REV Ops and management teams
• Maintain equity accounting records, coordinate with legal and HR departments, and support equity transactions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, with specific experience in equity, payroll, and commission accounting
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred or a CPA candidate
• Experience with commission automation platforms and Sales Performance Management (SPM) platforms
• Proficient in accounting software, Microsoft Office suite, and systems such as Salesforce, Zuora, RevPro, and SAP
