Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant in a remote position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee month-end process, including journal entries, financial issue resolution, and review of financial statements
• Prepare monthly reports on budget vs actual results
• Assist with annual budget process and prepare pricing models for financial projections

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in corporate or operational reporting/analysis or public accounting
• Healthcare experience in a practice management environment preferred
• Strong general ledger and monthly closing experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Lawson ERP Software desired
