Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financials for 35+ interior design clients, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
• Oversee monthly close processes, financial analysis, and cash flow management
• Lead the onboarding process for 3-5 new clients per month and conduct monthly client check-in meetings

Required Qualifications

• 5-6 years of accounting experience, preferably in a client-facing role
• Experience managing 35+ clients simultaneously
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and familiarity with industry tools like Gusto and Shopify
• Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance
• Experience with interior design or creative industry clients is a bonus but not required
