Job Summary

Offering a full-time remote opportunity, the Senior Accountant - Arizona Licensed will manage complex accounting analyses, reconciliations, and financial reporting while collaborating with finance counterparts and external auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Computes and posts complex transactions into financial systems, preparing reconciliations and acting as a liaison for financial issues
• Researches and corrects errors in the general ledger while providing financial modeling resources for special projects
• Prepares timely reports for state and federal agencies, ensuring accuracy of financial information and compliance with reporting requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare finance, with demonstrated abilities in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and office desktop software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects effectively
