Job Summary

To support a dynamic accounting team, the full-time Senior Accountant - Arizona Licensed will manage complex financial reconciliations, month-end close processes, and financial reporting for state regulators while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Computes and posts complex transactions into financial systems, preparing detailed financial reconciliations and analyses
• Researches and corrects errors in the general ledger, ensuring accuracy of financial information
• Prepares timely reports for state and federal agencies, management, and auditors, maintaining accurate financial databases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in health care finance, with demonstrated abilities in financial statement preparation and analysis
• Strong analytical, statistical, and modeling skills
• Proficiency in computer applications and office desktop software
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple projects
