Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to manage payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multi-state payroll processing and ensure accurate payroll accounting
• Manage payroll tax compliance, filings, and payments
• Participate in month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and audit support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years or more of progressive accounting experience with payroll and tax responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of payroll accounting and multi-state compliance
• Experience with payroll systems such as Paylocity, ADP, or Workday
• Familiarity with US GAAP and ability to work in a remote environment
