Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant, Claims & Insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis for month-end close procedures
• Supervise and train an offshore BPO team to ensure quality and accuracy of transactions
• Develop new processes to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the month-end close timeline

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in general accounting or public accounting/audit at a senior level
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• CPA with big 4 audit experience strongly preferred
• Experience with NetSuite or other large-scale accounting systems
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot tables and V-lookups
