Senior Accountant - Colorado CPA

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Support the annual external audit and prepare bank covenant and tax incentive reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and manage complex debt and equity transactions

Required Qualifications

• BS degree in Accounting; CPA preferred
• 3 to 7 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and auditing
• Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting concepts
• Expertise in Excel and familiarity with technology
• NetSuite experience preferred
