Senior Accountant Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Interim Senior Accountant Consultant to support its corporate accounting team during a business carve-out and organizational transition.

Key Responsibilities

• Support mid-month and month-end close processes
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with transaction splits related to a business carve-out
• Investigate and resolve GR/IR balances and support intercompany accounting across multiple entities

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Experience with manual tracking and reconciliation tools during system transitions
• Ability to work independently and drive issues to resolution
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute
