Senior Accountant Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients, the fully remote Senior Accountant Consultant will lead accounting, reporting, budgeting, and financial management initiatives while managing multiple client projects and enhancing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide finance support to healthcare clients, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance assistance
• Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and key financial metrics while translating complex financial information into actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and MIP
• Ability to execute all aspects of the accounting cycle, including AP, AR, and month-end closing procedures
• Advanced MS Excel skills, including Vlookups, Xlookups, and Pivot Tables
• Experience with general ledger functions
