Senior Accountant Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Senior Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and record payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related balance sheet accounts
• Handle monthly commission entries, maintain the deferred commission waterfall schedule, and reconcile benefits
• Support the monthly close process and manage reconciliations using FloQast

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience focused on payroll and commission accounting
• Strong understanding of multi-state and international payroll accounting
• Hands-on experience with ADP; familiarity with Deel is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Strong Excel skills for working with large datasets
