Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA certification required
• 5-7 years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in audit or public accounting
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
