Senior Accountant CPA
Job Summary
Owning key aspects of the month-end close process, the remote Senior Accountant CPA will manage journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP and collaborating with both internal teams and the parent company.
Key responsibilities
- Lead month-end close processes, including journal entries and account reconciliations
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports in compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Serve as the liaison between EnergyHub and Alarm.com corporate accounting, ensuring alignment and clarity
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience with demonstrated process ownership
- Solid working knowledge of U.S. GAAP
- Experience in a public company environment
- Strong communication skills to explain accounting requirements to non-accountants
