Senior Accountant - CPA Preferred

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Senior Accountant - CPA Preferred will remotely manage clients' accounting and finance needs, ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting while collaborating with team members.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive accounting services, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and general ledger management
• Prepare month-end close workbooks and financial statements for multiple clients, including balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with grant management, audit preparation, and specialized reporting to support client decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA or CFA licensure preferred
• Minimum of five years of general accounting experience, with public accounting experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP and experience with data management and web-based applications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and QuickBooks Online
